Our greatest task is to do everything we can to make your stay at Rockview Hotel, Owerri as safe as possible.

• Currency exchange available at the reception
• All guests are shown to their rooms on arrival and luggage will be brought to their room
• Reception is open 24 hours.
• Drinks and snacks can be enjoyed at all times at the bars and poolside area and we encourage our guests to try our well-brewed coffee.
• Meeting facilities can be organized(for which a charge is applicable)
• Free Wi-Fi internet in all rooms and public areas.
• All rooms and public areas are smoke-free, however we have a nice sitting area outside where smoking is allowed.
• If you are travelling in a large group, it may be worth staying in rooms which are close to each other. Wherever possible, we will help you to change rooms to suit your requirements.
• Always leave the key in the reception so you don’t lose it when you are out.
• Please take a moment to find the exits in case of an emergency.
• All rooms are equipped with modern facilities such as internet service, direct dial telephone, air-conditioner, mini-bar fridge, colour Television with satelite channels.

Your Room Is An Office too

All our rooms have working desk with good space for your laptop and your files. Each room and suite has free Wi-Fi access, high speed internet access, mini-bar, hair-dryer, APC Extension cables. All our rooms have a comfy armchair.

Our suites have sofas, so if you need to have a short meeting, this is possible from within the room. If you wish to use your room as a temporary office during your stay in Owerri, we can arrange that.

• Meeting Facilities : We can assist in arranging a meeting room at the hotel whenever you need it. We can arrange meeting rooms that seat 10 – 150 people depending on the sitting arrangement. We have a projector and a screen, flipchart board and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Feel free to contact us.

Serving our valued guests is what we enjoy the most. We offer 24-hour room service. Enjoy a drink, snack or your breakfast/lunch/dinner in bed, maybe celebrating something special or end a late evening with a glass of wine. You are always welcome to call on us.

Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner

Heartland Restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is always a buffet set-up for all meals.
The Dish offered at the restaurant includes continental cuisine, Nigerian cuisine, English, Buffet, Cocktail Menu and lot of others. Breakfast starts from 7.00am – 11.00am. Lunch starts from 1.00pm – 4.30pm and Dinner starts from 6.00pm – 11.00pm.

Pool and Gym

We have an amazing environment in the hotel premises with a great standard-size swimming pool, a lawn tennis court, and a fully equipped ultra-modern gym. For N2800 per day, you will have access to the swimming pool, lawn tennis and gym.

Airport Pickup

We are happy to arrange transportation from Sam Mbakwe International Cargo Airport to Rockview Hotel, Owerri. It is a 15-minutes drive. We have a good cooperation with the Drivers Assocition at the airport and the car-hire taxis at the hotel are always available with great high-end cars with air condition and qualified drivers. The driver will pick you up when we get your full arrival or departure details so you are sure to get the right driver.

When going around in Owerri, we advise you to hire a car for the day. We will be happy to assist you in finding a good car and driver that can take you around.

Laundry

Our guests are able to make use of our laundry services on premises, (for which a charge is applicable). Laundry sheets are always available. You can always contact the reception desk.

Every Saturday is an experience to cherish for all our esteemed guests as we mesmerize them during our African Night. It is an eve in which lots of African delicacies are on display, essential to us that our guests feel special with every stay at Rockview Hotel, Owerri.

Business Center

We have a business center where qualitative services are rendered. The services are browsing and checking of mails, scanning, lamination, A3 colour printing, A4 colour printing, A3 photocopying, A4 photocopying, spiral binding, corel draw designs and lots more. .

Our full room rate gives you access to complimentary buffet breakfast at the Heartland Restaurant. Breakfast starts from 7.00am – 11.00am.
